Paul Tseng was extremely helpful with our new purchase of the beautiful 2023 Acura RDX. It was a purchase for my father's 70th birthday and man did they roll out the red carpet. Last Thursday, I took our RDX to Park Place Acura Plano for service and state inspection. The service manger Marco Martinez demonstrated pure professionalism and kindness towards customers. He has promptly shown me the issue found from inspection and provided us relevant recommendation. So we were glad to take his advice and the car is in perfect state when we got the car back. Especially, I want to take this opportunity to thank him to take his time to drive to our house to pick me up in the late afternoon on Friday because the shuttle driver was already left for the day. In conclusion, I had very positive experience in this visit and will come back again for the future services. Thanks for the good work.
